The apartment is located on the 0th floor of the residence located on the beach of Drymades, the Drymades Village holiday resort consists of a series of courtyards with architecturally adapted staircases blending the project into a cohesive village feel. It is organized in a corridor, living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony and yard. Typologically, the villas are treated by studying the dominant architecture of the location and aiming to find a different result from a resort project where individualization breaks a monotonous design. The iconic image of Mediterranean villages will be communicated in architecture with predetermined elements, such as roofs and facades that make up a catalog for the customization of villas. Mainly three units of different sizes form the master plan, ranging from studio units to large family units. They can also be joined horizontally and vertically, expanding the possibilities for future owners. In total, six squares are intertwined with each other, forming a large inner courtyard that articulates the private space with the public one through the openings in the architecture. Located at different heights and alternating with each other, they open up views of the coast and offer a range of activities for visitors. The main approach to landscaping is to preserve as much of the existing vegetation as possible. The landscape changes its composition from a dense forest in the lower part of the plot to an urban square in the higher part.
