The Skanderbeg building (officially known as the Rock of Tirana) is a mixed-use project with a height of 85 meters and sculpted in the form of the bust of Albania's national hero - it will be one of the largest buildings in the world that doubles as a figurative sculpture. Wrapped in curved balconies forming the shape of Skanderbeg's head, the building will be a landmark in Skanderbeg Square, in the center of Albania's capital, celebrating and assimilating into the country's cultural history, giving Tirana a unique identity, unlike any other capital. The building will have 24 floors including a business center and apartments, as well as 4 underground floors. Construction is expected to be completed in 2025. We offer different typologies.
